We've tried to consider what just may be on your mind as you consider joining us for a Yoga class.  Check out the list of frequently asked questions on the left side bar as well as the info below.  If we left something out, please drop us a note: info@sportsbarnyoga.com



For those of you new to our Studio
  • No pre registration necessary. Just drop in a few minutes early to get acquainted with the studio.
  • Many students like to take a moment to enjoy the quiet and unwind before class. Please be mindful of these students and use the sitting area outside the studio to visit with one another.
  • Please arrive on time. Your timeliness is both considerate of your teacher as well as your classmates. If you MUST leave early, do so before we settle into Savasana.
  • Be prepared to practice barefoot with loose, stretchy, comfortable clothes.
  • Mats and props are provided; however, owning your own is strongly recommended.
  • For your comfort, do not eat a large meal two hours before class.
  • If you have any health concerns, please let your instructor know BEFORE class begins.
  • Turn off cell phones and pagers before entering the studio.
  • Remove your shoes and place them and other personal items in the available cubbies.
